Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from Spain or Portugal, unless otherwise stated during pre-order periods or limited productions.

We ship worldwide with UPS. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Spain

Standard Shipping: €4.90

European Union

Standard Shipping: approximately €10–15 depending on destination

Rest of the World

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Pricing, VAT & Customs

EU Orders

Final prices displayed on the Website include VAT.

International Non-EU Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union are sold excluding VAT.

Local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Samsara does not currently ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Customs & Import Charges

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, Samsara reserves the right to deduct:

original shipping costs,
return shipping costs,
customs duties,
administrative fees,

from the final refund amount.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

unused,
in original condition,
returned with original packaging, labels and accessories.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Please try footwear only on clean indoor surfaces to avoid marks or damage.

Samsara does not offer free returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ship the parcel using a secure courier service

For non-EU returns, please clearly mark the parcel as:
“RETURNED GOODS”

Samsara is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
