Returns
Users who purchase products through the Website are entitled to the following rights, as described below.
Right of Withdrawal
The User, acting as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the User, or a third party indicated by the User other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If the order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Samsara Community of their decision through the contact channels available on the Website.
The User must clearly express their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. The withdrawal form provided by Samsara Community may be used, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the User withdraws from the purchase, Samsara Community will reimburse all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the User’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Samsara Community is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Samsara Community may withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received, or until the User provides proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Returned products must be sent without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the User communicated the withdrawal.
The User is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping costs are not covered by Samsara Community unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The User is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
No refund will be issued if:
- the product has been used beyond simple inspection,
- the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered,
- the product has been damaged after delivery.
Products must be returned with all original packaging, instructions, and accompanying documents, including a copy of the purchase invoice.
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including personalized items, products that may deteriorate quickly, sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Returns for Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the User believes that the product received does not conform to the order or is defective, they must contact Samsara Community immediately using the contact details available on the Website.
The User will be informed of the procedure for returning the product. Once received, the returned item will be examined and the User will be informed within a reasonable period whether a refund or replacement is applicable.
Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which confirmation of the refund or replacement is sent by email.
Amounts paid for products returned due to verified defects or shipping errors will be refunded in full, including shipping and return costs where applicable.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Warranty
Users benefit from the legal guarantees applicable to products purchased through this Website, in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
Samsara Community is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from the delivery date of the product.
Products are considered compliant if they:
- match the description provided on the Website,
- are suitable for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used,
- present the expected quality and performance of products of the same type.
Some products may display non-uniform characteristics due to the natural materials used in their production. These variations form part of the individual appearance of the product and shall not be considered defects.
Where products are manufactured by third-party brands or suppliers, the User may also contact the corresponding manufacturer directly to exercise their legal warranty rights. The User should retain all warranty-related documentation and proof of purchase.
