For SS27, Samsara continues expanding its material library with the introduction of SURO™, a natural cork textile sourced from Portugal. Originally developed as the lining for our Boot silhouette, SURO™ now evolves into a full upper material, offering a lightweight, breathable and naturally water-resistant alternative that performs similarly to a natural Gore-Tex while remaining entirely plant-based.
Alongside HEMP™, NATUREDYE™ and PALMERA™, the collection also introduces a new hand-stitched slip-on silhouette inspired by traditional footwear and reinterpreted for everyday use. Natural materials, a cork footbed and a Vibram sole come together to create a timeless companion designed to age gracefully.
Presented in Paris, SS27 marks another step in Samsara's journey—continuing to develop thoughtful products rooted in craftsmanship, natural materials and a slower approach to design.
